Montelukast is a leukotriene receptor antagonist used for the maintenance treatment of asthma and to relieve symptoms of seasonal allergies.

10 mg once daily in the evening

How to Take
Taken orally with or without food. For asthma, take in the evening.
Mechanism of Action
Montelukast selectively antagonizes the leukotriene D4 receptor, thereby preventing leukotriene-induced bronchoconstriction, mucus secretion, and airway inflammation.
