Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
Initial dose 5 mg once daily, may be increased to 10 mg after one week based on response and tolerability. Maximum dose 20 mg/day.
Elderly
Starting dose 2.5 mg once daily, careful titration to 5 mg if needed. Maximum 10 mg/day due to increased sensitivity.
Renal_impairment
No dose adjustment needed for mild to moderate impairment. Use with caution in severe impairment; consider 2.5 mg once daily.
How to Take

Mechanism of Action
Arromin is a Serotonin-Norepinephrine Modulator. It selectively increases the levels of serotonin and norepinephrine in the brain by inhibiting their reuptake, thereby enhancing mood and reducing symptoms of depression.
