For ophthalmic use only. Apply a thin ribbon of ointment into the lower conjunctival sac. Avoid touching the tip of the tube to the eye or any other surface to prevent contamination.

Bacitracin inhibits bacterial cell wall synthesis. Neomycin inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit. Polymyxin B damages the bacterial cell membrane, increasing permeability. Together, they provide broad-spectrum antibacterial activity.

• •Hypersensitivity to Bacitracin, Neomycin, Polymyxin B, or any other component of the formulation.
• •Viral or fungal eye infections (as antibiotics are ineffective).

Store at room temperature (15-30°C). Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Overdose is highly unlikely with topical ophthalmic application. If accidentally ingested, seek medical attention.

Use during pregnancy and lactation should be done with caution and only if clearly needed, after consultation with a physician. Minimal systemic absorption reduces risk.
