For external use only. Apply a thin film to the affected skin area and rub in gently until it disappears. Wash hands thoroughly before and after application. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, or other mucous membranes.

Betamethasone valerate works by activating natural substances in the skin to reduce swelling, redness, and itching. It inhibits the release of inflammatory mediators.

Store below 30°C in a dry place, protected from light. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children. Close the cap tightly after each use.

Topical overdose is unlikely to cause acute systemic problems. Chronic overdose or misuse (e.g., applying to large areas, under occlusion) may lead to systemic effects such as Cushing's syndrome, adrenal suppression, hyperglycemia, and glucosuria.

Use with caution during pregnancy and lactation. Consult a doctor. Generally avoided during early pregnancy. Small amounts may pass into breast milk, but systemic effects on the infant are unlikely with localized topical use. Use the lowest effective dose for the shortest possible duration.
