Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
250 mg to 1 g every 6 to 12 hours, depending on the severity and type of infection. Max 6 g/day.
Elderly
Dose adjustment may be required based on renal function.

How to Take
For intramuscular (IM) or intravenous (IV) administration. Must be reconstituted with sterile water for injection or appropriate diluent.
