Combat tablet is a combination of Paracetamol and Caffeine. It is used for fast and effective relief from various types of pain and fever.
Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
1-2 tablets every 4-6 hours, not exceeding 8 tablets in 24 hours.
Elderly
Same as adult dose, but caution advised for liver/kidney impairment.
Renal_impairment
Dosage adjustment may be necessary; consult a physician.
How to Take
Take orally with water, with or without food.
Mechanism of Action
Paracetamol works by inhibiting prostaglandin synthesis in the central nervous system, thereby providing analgesic and antipyretic effects. Caffeine acts as a CNS stimulant, enhancing the analgesic effect of paracetamol and reducing fatigue.
