Overview of the medicine
Crizler 2 mg Injection contains Crizolumab, a recombinant humanized monoclonal antibody. It is used in the management of specific autoimmune or inflammatory conditions, targeting key pathways involved in disease progression.
Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
2 mg subcutaneously once every 2 weeks. May be adjusted based on clinical response.
Elderly
No specific dose adjustment required based on age, but monitor for adverse effects.
Renal_impairment
No dose adjustment necessary in mild to moderate renal impairment. Severe impairment data limited.
How to Take
For subcutaneous injection. Administer into the thigh, abdomen, or upper arm. Rotate injection sites. Do not inject into skin that is tender, bruised, red, or hard. Do not shake the syringe.
