For external use only. Wash hands before and after applying the cream. Apply a thin layer to the affected area and gently rub in. Do not cover with occlusive dressings unless advised by a doctor.

Clobetasol Propionate exerts anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive actions. Neomycin Sulfate is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis. Nystatin is a polyene antifungal that binds to sterols in the fungal cell membrane, altering its permeability and causing cell leakage.

• •Hypersensitivity to Clobetasol Propionate, Neomycin, Nystatin, or any component of the cream
• •Viral infections of the skin (e.g., herpes simplex, varicella)
• •Tuberculous or syphilitic lesions of the skin
• •Acne vulgaris, rosacea, perioral dermatitis
• •Vaccination reactions
• •Extensive and/or deep skin wounds

Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from light. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.

Topical overdose is unlikely to produce acute systemic effects. However, prolonged or excessive use may lead to systemic corticosteroid effects (e.g., Cushing's syndrome) or ototoxicity/nephrotoxicity from neomycin, especially with extensive skin application or occlusive dressings. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive; discontinue the cream.

Use during pregnancy and lactation only if the potential benefit outweighs the potential risk to the fetus or infant. Avoid extensive use or application to large surface areas. Consult a doctor.
