For topical use only. Apply a thin film to the affected skin area and rub in gently. Wash hands before and after application. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and other mucous membranes.

Clobetasol Propionate is a highly potent corticosteroid that provides anti-inflammatory, antipruritic, and vasoconstrictive actions. It acts by inducing phospholipase A2 inhibitory proteins, thereby controlling the biosynthesis of potent mediators of inflammation like prostaglandins and leukotrienes. Miconazole Nitrate is an azole antifungal that inhibits the biosynthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of the fungal cell membrane, leading to increased permeability and leakage of cellular contents, resulting in fungal cell death.

• •Hypersensitivity to Clobetasol Propionate, Miconazole Nitrate, or any component of the formulation.
• •Primary cutaneous viral infections (e.g., herpes simplex, varicella).
• •Primary bacterial infections unless used concomitantly with appropriate anti-infective therapy.
• •Perioral dermatitis, acne vulgaris, rosacea, perianal and genital pruritus.
• •Not for use in children under 1 year of age.

Store below 30°C. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.

Acute overdose is unlikely with topical application. Chronic overdose or misuse can lead to signs of hypercorticism (Cushing's syndrome), HPA axis suppression, and local skin atrophy. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive; gradual withdrawal of the corticosteroid may be necessary.

Pregnancy Category C. Should be used during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus. Exercise caution when administering to a nursing woman; systemic absorption is minimal but possible. Consult a doctor.
