Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
Initially 50-100 mg orally 2-3 times daily, gradually increasing every 2-7 days as tolerated up to a maximum of 800 mg/day.
Elderly
Similar to adult dosage, but titration may be slower, with close monitoring for side effects.
Renal_impairment
No specific dosage adjustment required, but close monitoring is advised due to potential accumulation of metabolites.
How to Take
