Dissolve the dispersible tablet in a small amount of water (e.g., 10-20 ml) just before administration and drink the solution. Take 15-30 minutes before meals.

Elivier acts as a selective peripheral dopamine D2 receptor antagonist, thereby promoting gastric emptying and increasing lower esophageal sphincter tone. It does not readily cross the blood-brain barrier.

• •Hypersensitivity to Elivier or any component of the formulation.
• •Known or suspected gastrointestinal hemorrhage, mechanical obstruction, or perforation.
• •Patients with prolactin-releasing pituitary tumor (prolactinoma).
• •Concomitant use with potent CYP3A4 inhibitors.

Store below 30°C in a dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Symptoms of overdose may include drowsiness, disorientation, and extrapyramidal reactions. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive. Gastric lavage and activated charcoal may be considered.

Use during pregnancy only if clearly needed and the potential benefits outweigh the potential risks. Elivier is excreted in breast milk; therefore, use during lactation is generally not recommended unless benefits justify the risk.
