Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
10 mg once daily, preferably in the morning. May be increased to 20 mg daily based on patient response and tolerability.
Elderly
No specific dose adjustment required, but initiate with 10 mg once daily and monitor closely.
Renal_impairment
For mild to moderate impairment, no dose adjustment. For severe impairment (CrCl < 30 mL/min), consider 5 mg daily or alternate day dosing with caution.
How to Take
Take the tablet orally with water, with or without food. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
