Eyemist-025-03 Eye Gel is an ocular lubricant containing Sodium Hyaluronate, used to relieve dryness, irritation, and discomfort of the eyes. It forms a stable, protective film on the eye surface, providing long-lasting lubrication and hydration, making the eyes feel more comfortable.
Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
Instill 1 drop into the affected eye(s) 3-4 times a day, or as needed to relieve symptoms. The frequency can be adjusted based on the severity of dryness.
Elderly
Same as adult dosage. No specific dosage adjustment required.
Renal_impairment
No dosage adjustment necessary as systemic absorption is minimal.
How to Take
For ophthalmic use only. Wash hands thoroughly before use. Tilt head back, pull down the lower eyelid gently to create a small pouch. Hold the bottle upside down and gently squeeze to dispense one drop into the eye. Avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye or any other surface. Blink gently after application to distribute the gel. If using other eye medications, wait at least 5-10 minutes between applications.

Sodium Hyaluronate is a natural polymer found in the eye's tear film. When applied topically, it forms a viscoelastic, stable, and protective film on the ocular surface, improving tear film stability, reducing friction, and retaining moisture, thereby alleviating dry eye symptoms.
