Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
0.25 mg administered subcutaneously once weekly. Dosage may be adjusted based on clinical response.
Elderly
No specific dose adjustment required for elderly patients based on age alone, but monitor for renal/hepatic impairment.

Use with caution in severe renal impairment; dose reduction may be necessary. Not recommended in end-stage renal disease.
How to Take
