Gored-MR 60 mg tablet is an oral anti-diabetic medication used for the management of Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus.
Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
Initial dose 30 mg once daily, titrated up to 120 mg once daily based on blood glucose levels. To be taken with breakfast.
Elderly
Start with a lower dose (e.g., 30 mg once daily) and adjust cautiously.
Renal_impairment
No dose adjustment is generally required for mild to moderate renal impairment, but caution is advised. Not recommended in severe impairment.
How to Take
Take orally once daily, preferably with breakfast. Swallow the tablet whole; do not chew or crush.
