Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
5 mg (5 ml) every 4 to 6 hours, not to exceed 30 mg (30 ml) in 24 hours.
Elderly
Lower initial doses (e.g., 2.5 mg or 2.5 ml) are recommended due to increased sensitivity to anticholinergic side effects and sedation.
