Iracet-XR 500 mg tablet is an antiepileptic medicine used to treat various types of seizures. The Extended Release formulation allows for once-daily dosing.

Dosage
Adults
Typically initiated at 500 mg once daily, titrated up to a maximum of 3000 mg once daily based on response and tolerability.
Elderly
Similar to adults, but careful titration required.

How to Take
