Merozolyn 5 mg Tablet is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used for the symptomatic relief of pain, inflammation, and fever. It is effective in various conditions such as osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, dysmenorrhea, and acute musculoskeletal pain.

How to Take
Take orally with food or milk to minimize gastrointestinal upset. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
Mechanism of Action
Merozolyn acts by inhibiting the enzyme cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2), which is responsible for the synthesis of prostaglandins. Prostaglandins are mediators of pain, inflammation, and fever. By reducing prostaglandin production, Merozolyn effectively alleviates these symptoms.
