Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
For tablets: 135 mg three times daily, preferably 20 minutes before meals. For prolonged-release capsules: 200 mg twice daily, preferably 20 minutes before meals.
Elderly
No specific dose adjustment is generally required, but caution is advised in elderly patients with significant co-morbidities.

No specific dose adjustment required for mild to moderate renal impairment. Caution with severe impairment.
How to Take
