Overview of the medicine
Mirolast-01 Eye Drop contains Olopatadine Hydrochloride 0.1%, an ophthalmic solution used to treat ocular itching associated with allergic conjunctivitis.
Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
Instill 1 drop in each affected eye twice a day, at an interval of 6 to 8 hours.
Elderly
No specific dosage adjustment is necessary for elderly patients.

How to Take
For ophthalmic use only. Tilt head back, pull down the lower eyelid, instill one drop into the conjunctival sac. Avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye or any other surface to prevent contamination.

It acts as a selective histamine H1-receptor antagonist and mast cell stabilizer, thereby reducing ocular itching and redness by blocking histamine release and inhibiting mast cell degranulation.
