Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults

Elderly
Start with 5 mg once daily. Max 10 mg/day with careful monitoring due to increased sensitivity.
Renal_impairment
No dosage adjustment needed for mild to moderate impairment. Use with caution in severe impairment; consider 5 mg daily.
