For external use only. Wash hands before and after applying the cream. Apply a thin film to the affected skin area and rub in gently. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes. Do not use with occlusive dressings unless directed by a physician.

Clobetasol Propionate is a potent corticosteroid that suppresses inflammatory responses. Ofloxacin is a broad-spectrum fluoroquinolone antibiotic that inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase. Ornidazole is a nitroimidazole derivative active against anaerobic bacteria and protozoa by damaging DNA. Terbinafine Hydrochloride is an allylamine antifungal that inhibits ergosterol synthesis in fungi, leading to fungal cell death.

• •Hypersensitivity to Clobetasol Propionate, Ofloxacin, Ornidazole, Terbinafine Hydrochloride, or any component of the cream.
• •Viral skin infections (e.g., herpes simplex, varicella), tuberculous skin lesions, acne rosacea, perioral dermatitis, perianal and genital pruritus.
• •Not for use in children under 12 years of age.

Store in a cool, dry place, below 30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Do not freeze.

Topical overdose is unlikely to cause acute systemic effects. However, prolonged or excessive use may lead to systemic effects of corticosteroids (e.g., Cushing's syndrome, adrenal suppression) or other components. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive. Discontinue use if systemic effects occur.

Pregnancy Category C. Use during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus. Topical corticosteroids should not be used extensively or for prolonged periods in pregnant patients. Exercise caution when administering to a nursing mother; it is not known whether topically administered components are excreted in human milk.
