Take the capsule orally, whole, with food or milk to minimize gastrointestinal upset. Do not chew, crush, or break the capsule.

Flurbiprofen, the active ingredient, inhibits prostaglandin synthesis by blocking the cyclooxygenase (COX-1 and COX-2) enzymes. Prostaglandins are inflammatory mediators that contribute to pain, fever, and inflammation.

Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Symptoms of overdose include nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, drowsiness, and dizziness. Severe overdose may lead to renal failure, respiratory depression, and coma. Management involves symptomatic and supportive care, gastric lavage, and activated charcoal.

Avoid in the third trimester of pregnancy due to potential fetal harm (premature closure of ductus arteriosus). Use with caution in the first and second trimesters only if clearly needed. Avoid during breastfeeding as flurbiprofen passes into breast milk.
