For ophthalmic use only. Tilt head back, pull down lower eyelid to form a pouch. Instill drop and close eye gently. Avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye or any other surface.

Moxifloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, essential enzymes for bacterial DNA replication, transcription, repair, and recombination, leading to bacterial cell death. Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation by inhibiting the release of inflammatory mediators.

• •Hypersensitivity to moxifloxacin, other quinolones, dexamethasone, or any component of the formulation.
• •Viral diseases of the cornea and conjunctiva (e.g., herpes simplex keratitis), mycobacterial infections of the eye, fungal infections of ocular structures.
• •Uncomplicated bacterial conjunctivitis (steroids may mask infection).

Store below 30°C. Protect from light. Do not freeze. Keep out of reach of children.

Overdose is unlikely with topical ophthalmic administration. If accidental ingestion occurs, seek medical advice.

Use during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus. Caution should be exercised when administered to a nursing mother.
