For ophthalmic use only. Shake well before use. Tilt head back, pull down the lower eyelid to form a pouch, and instill the drop. Close eye gently and apply pressure to the inner corner of the eye for 1-2 minutes to prevent drainage. Do not touch the dropper tip to any surface.

Moxifloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, essential enzymes for bacterial DNA replication, transcription, repair, and recombination, leading to bacterial cell death. Dexamethasone is a corticosteroid that suppresses the inflammatory response by inhibiting multiple inflammatory mediators and decreasing capillary permeability, thereby reducing swelling, redness, and pain.

• •Hypersensitivity to moxifloxacin, dexamethasone, or any component of the formulation.
• •Viral diseases of the cornea and conjunctiva (e.g., epithelial herpes simplex keratitis, vaccinia, varicella).
• •Mycobacterial infection of the eye.
• •Fungal diseases of ocular structures.
• •Untreated parasitic eye infections.

Store below 30°C. Protect from light and freezing. Keep out of the reach of children.

An overdose is unlikely with topical ophthalmic administration. If excessive amounts are instilled, the eye(s) may be flushed with lukewarm water.

Use during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus. Caution should be exercised when administered to a nursing mother, as systemic absorption, though minimal, cannot be entirely ruled out.
