For ophthalmic use only. Tilt head back, pull down the lower eyelid to form a pocket, and instill the drop. Close eye gently. Avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye or any other surface to prevent contamination. If using other eye drops, wait at least 5 minutes between applications.

Moxifloxacin inhibits bacterial DNA gyrase and topoisomerase IV, essential enzymes for bacterial DNA replication, transcription, repair, and recombination, leading to bacterial cell death. Dexamethasone is a potent synthetic corticosteroid that suppresses inflammation by inhibiting phospholipase A2 and reducing the release of inflammatory mediators.

• •Viral diseases of the cornea and conjunctiva (e.g., herpes simplex keratitis).

Store at room temperature (below 30°C). Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.

Topical ophthalmic overdose is unlikely to cause systemic toxicity due to limited absorption. If accidental ingestion occurs, symptomatic and supportive measures are recommended.

Use in pregnancy only if clearly needed and the potential benefits outweigh the potential risks to the fetus. Dexamethasone and Moxifloxacin are excreted in breast milk; caution should be exercised when administered to a nursing woman.
