Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
Initial 20 mg once daily, may be increased to 40 mg once daily if needed.
Elderly
No dose adjustment is usually needed.
Renal_impairment
Initial 10 mg once daily; maximum 20 mg once daily for moderate impairment.
How to Take
Can be taken with or without food, once daily.

Contraindications

- Co-administration with Aliskiren in diabetic patients
