Absorption
Well absorbed orally, with or without food. Peak plasma concentrations are reached within 4-8 hours.
Metabolism
Primarily metabolized in the liver by cytochrome P450 enzymes (e.g., CYP2D6, CYP3A4).

NSAIDs
Increased risk of gastrointestinal bleeding.
Triptans
Increased risk of serotonin syndrome when co-administered.
Warfarin/Anticoagulants

Storage
Store below 30°C in a dry place, protected from light and moisture. Keep out of reach of children.
Overdose
Symptoms of overdose may include nausea, vomiting, dizziness, tachycardia, tremor, and seizures. Seek immediate medical attention. Management is symptomatic and supportive.
