For external and intra-rectal use only. Wash hands before and after application. Cleanse the affected area gently before applying the ointment. For internal use, attach the applicator to the tube, insert gently into the rectum, and squeeze the tube.

Lidocaine blocks nerve impulse conduction, providing local anesthetic effect. Hydrocortisone is a corticosteroid that reduces inflammation, itching, and swelling by inhibiting various inflammatory mediators.

• •Hypersensitivity to Lidocaine, Hydrocortisone, or any other component of the formulation.
• •Viral, fungal, or tubercular lesions of the skin in the treatment area.
• •Perianal or genital pruritus without inflammation.

Store below 30°C in a dry place, protected from light. Do not freeze.

Systemic overdose is unlikely with topical application. However, excessive or prolonged use, especially over large, broken skin areas, could lead to systemic effects of lidocaine (CNS depression, cardiovascular effects) or hydrocortisone (Cushing's syndrome, adrenal suppression). Treatment is symptomatic and supportive.

Use with caution during pregnancy and lactation, only if clearly needed and after consulting a physician. Minimal systemic absorption reduces risk, but potential effects on the fetus/infant should be weighed against benefits.
