Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
100 mg once daily, preferably with a meal. Dosage may be adjusted based on clinical response.
Elderly
No specific dose adjustment required unless significant renal or hepatic impairment is present.
Renal_impairment
For mild to moderate impairment, no dose adjustment. Severe impairment: 50 mg once daily.
How to Take
Swallow the tablet whole with water. Do not crush or chew. Can be taken with or without food, but preferably with food to minimize gastric upset.
