Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
Typically 250-750 mg orally twice daily, depending on the infection.
Elderly
Dosage adjustment may be necessary based on renal function.

How to Take
Can be taken with or without food, but preferably two hours after a meal to avoid potential stomach upset. Do not take with dairy products or calcium-fortified juices alone.
