Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
Schizophrenia: initially 2 mg/day, target 4-6 mg/day. Bipolar mania: initially 2-3 mg/day, range 1-6 mg/day. Autistic irritability: 0.5-1 mg/day. (Specifics depend on condition and patient)

Lower initial doses, slower titration.
