For external use only. Apply to clean, dry skin. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and mucous membranes. Wash hands thoroughly after application. For children, dilute 1 part emulsion with 1 part water before application.

Benzyl Benzoate acts as a neurotoxin on arthropods, causing excitation and subsequent paralysis and death of the mites and lice. It also has a solvent action on the chitinous exoskeleton of the mites.

• •Acute eczema or broken skin (risk of increased systemic absorption and irritation)
• •Children under 2 years of age (use with extreme caution and only if diluted)

Store below 30°C. Protect from light. Do not freeze.

Accidental ingestion may cause nausea, vomiting, stomach cramps, and central nervous system depression. Excessive topical application may lead to skin irritation or systemic effects from absorption. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive.

Generally considered safe for use during pregnancy and lactation when used as directed, but consultation with a physician is recommended. Minimal systemic absorption is expected.
