Loratadine is a long-acting H1-receptor antagonist that selectively inhibits peripheral H1-receptors. Pseudoephedrine is a sympathomimetic amine that directly and indirectly stimulates adrenergic receptors, leading to vasoconstriction and reduced nasal congestion.

• •Hypersensitivity to Loratadine, Pseudoephedrine, or any component
• •Patients on MAO inhibitors or within 14 days of stopping MAO inhibitors
• •Severe hypertension or severe coronary artery disease

Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from light and moisture.

Symptoms may include drowsiness, tachycardia, hypertension, headache, seizures. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive. Gastric lavage or activated charcoal may be considered.

Category B for Loratadine, Category C for Pseudoephedrine. Use only if clearly needed and the potential benefits outweigh the risks. Not recommended during breastfeeding as both components are excreted in breast milk.
