Accidental ingestion is unlikely to cause systemic toxicity. Excessive topical application or prolonged use may lead to systemic corticosteroid effects (e.g., Cushing's syndrome, adrenal suppression), especially in children. Symptomatic and supportive treatment.

Use during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus, and under strict medical supervision. Avoid extensive or prolonged use, especially during the first trimester. Use with caution during lactation; avoid applying to breasts.
