An alcohol-based hand rub used for rapid hand antisepsis to reduce transient microorganisms on the hands. Contains 75% v/v alcohol for effective germ killing.
Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
Apply a sufficient amount (e.g., 2-3 mL) to cover all surfaces of the hands and rub until dry (typically 20-30 seconds).
Elderly
Same as adults.

How to Take
For external use only. Apply to hands, rub vigorously covering all surfaces until dry. Do not rinse.
Mechanism of Action
Alcohol denatures proteins and solubilizes lipids, effectively disrupting cell membranes and inactivating enzymes of bacteria, fungi, and enveloped viruses.
