Tiemis 5 mg Injection is an antihistamine used to prevent and treat nausea, vomiting, and dizziness caused by motion sickness or other conditions. It works by blocking certain natural substances (histamine) that your body makes.
Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
5 mg IM/IV every 4-6 hours as needed, maximum 20 mg/day.
Elderly
Lower doses may be required, e.g., 2.5 mg IM/IV every 6-8 hours, considering increased sensitivity.

Use with caution; dose reduction may be necessary in severe renal dysfunction. Consult physician.
How to Take
Administer intramuscularly (IM) into a large muscle mass or intravenously (IV) slowly over at least 2 minutes. For IV administration, it may be diluted with normal saline.
