Dosage
Adults
10 ml (75 mg) three times daily
Elderly
No special dosage adjustment required, but caution is advised in elderly patients with severe renal impairment.

Caution recommended. Dosage reduction might be necessary in severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance < 35 mL/min).
How to Take
