Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
Epilepsy: Initial 25-50 mg/day, titrated to 100-400 mg/day in 2 divided doses. Migraine prophylaxis: Initial 25 mg at night, titrated to 100 mg/day in 2 divided doses.
Elderly
Use with caution, monitor renal function.

How to Take
Take orally, with or without food. Swallow whole, do not chew or crush.
