For external use only. Wash and dry the affected area before applying a thin film of cream. Gently rub until absorbed. Wash hands immediately after use unless hands are the treated area. Avoid contact with eyes, nose, mouth, and other mucous membranes.

Clobetasol Propionate acts as a potent topical corticosteroid, reducing inflammation, itching, and redness. Clotrimazole is an azole antifungal that works by inhibiting the biosynthesis of ergosterol, an essential component of the fungal cell membrane, leading to increased cell permeability and leakage of cellular contents, thereby inhibiting fungal growth.

• Hypersensitivity to Clobetasol Propionate, Clotrimazole, or any component of the cream
• Viral skin infections (e.g., herpes simplex, varicella)
• Tuberculosis of the skin
• Acne vulgaris
• Rosacea
• Perioral dermatitis
• Diaper rash

Store below 30°C in a dry place, away from light. Keep out of reach of children.

Acute overdose is unlikely with topical application. Prolonged excessive use may lead to systemic effects of corticosteroids, such as Cushing's syndrome, hyperglycemia, and glucosuria. In such cases, discontinue the cream gradually under medical supervision and manage symptoms supportively. Systemic absorption of clotrimazole is negligible.

Use during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus (Clobetasol is Category C). For lactation, it is not known whether topical administration of corticosteroids could result in sufficient systemic absorption to produce detectable quantities in breast milk. Use with caution and only if clearly needed.
