Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
For allergies: 4 mg three times daily. For appetite stimulation: 4 mg two to three times daily before meals. Max 32 mg/day.
Elderly
Start with lower doses (e.g., 2 mg twice daily) and adjust based on response and tolerance due to increased sensitivity to anticholinergic effects.
