Description
Overview of the medicine
Tuscof 100 mg Syrup is an expectorant used to relieve chest congestion and cough symptoms by thinning and loosening mucus in the airways, making it easier to cough up.
Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
200-400 mg (10-20 ml) every 4 hours as needed, not to exceed 2.4 g (120 ml) in 24 hours.

Half life
Approximately 1 hour.
Absorption
Readily absorbed from the gastrointestinal (GI) tract.
Metabolism
Rapidly metabolized in the liver.
