For topical dermatological use only. Apply a thin layer to the affected skin areas and rub in gently and completely. Do not apply on broken skin or mucous membranes. Wash hands thoroughly after application.

Tacrolimus inhibits calcineurin, a phosphatase involved in T-cell activation. By blocking calcineurin, it prevents the transcription of various pro-inflammatory cytokines, thereby reducing inflammation and immune response in the skin.

• •Hypersensitivity to tacrolimus, macrolides, or any component of the cream.
• •Patients with Netherton's syndrome or other widespread skin conditions where systemic absorption might be increased.
• •Application to areas with active viral skin infections (e.g., herpes simplex, varicella).

Store below 30°C. Protect from light and moisture. Keep out of the reach of children.

Overdose is unlikely with topical application due to minimal systemic absorption. In case of accidental ingestion, seek medical attention.

Pregnancy Category C. Use during pregnancy only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus. It is not known whether tacrolimus is excreted in human milk after topical application; exercise caution when administering to a nursing mother.
