X-Pectoran 4 mg Syrup is a mucolytic agent used to thin and loosen mucus in the airways, making it easier to cough up. It provides relief from productive cough associated with various respiratory conditions.
Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
8 mg (10 ml) three times daily. Maximum 24 mg daily.
Elderly
Same as adult dosage, close monitoring for renal/hepatic impairment may be necessary.

Reduced dose or extended dose intervals may be required; consult a physician.
How to Take
Take orally, with or without food. Use a measuring spoon or cup for accurate dosing. Shake the bottle well before use.
