How to Take
Alatrol syrup should be taken orally, with or without food. Use a measuring spoon or cup to ensure accurate dosing.

Primarily excreted in the urine, largely as unchanged drug.

Absorption
Rapidly absorbed after oral administration, peak plasma concentrations reached within 1 hour.
Metabolism
Minimal hepatic metabolism; approximately two-thirds of the dose is excreted unchanged.
