Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
Initially 6 mg once daily, may be increased to 12 mg after 1 week based on response. Max 18 mg/day.
Elderly
Start with 3 mg once daily, gradually increase if necessary.
Renal_impairment
No dose adjustment needed for mild to moderate impairment. Use with caution in severe impairment.
How to Take
Take orally with or without food, usually once daily in the morning.
