Uses & Indications
Dosage

Initially 25-50 mcg daily, adjusted by 12.5-25 mcg every 2-4 weeks based on TSH levels.
Elderly
Start with a lower dose (e.g., 12.5-25 mcg daily) due to increased sensitivity.
