Uses & Indications
Dosage
Adults
Typically 10-80 mg once daily. 20 mg is a common starting or maintenance dose.
Elderly
Same as adults, initiate with a lower dose if appropriate.
Renal_impairment
No dose adjustment required for renal impairment.
How to Take
Take orally once daily, with or without food, any time of day but usually in the evening.
