For external use only. Apply a thin layer to the affected area and gently rub in. Wash hands before and after application. Avoid contact with eyes, mouth, and other mucous membranes. Do not apply to large skin areas, broken skin, or use with occlusive dressings unless advised by a doctor.

Neomycin is an aminoglycoside antibiotic that inhibits bacterial protein synthesis by irreversibly binding to the 30S ribosomal subunit, leading to bacterial cell death. This combination treats both inflammation and associated bacterial infection.

• •Rosacea
• •Perioral dermatitis

• •Large or deep wounds
• •Perforated eardrum (if applied to ear)

Store below 30°C in a cool, dry place, protected from light. Keep out of reach of children.

Topical overdose is unlikely to cause acute systemic effects. However, prolonged or excessive use of corticosteroids can lead to Cushing's syndrome symptoms (e.g., thinning skin, striae, hyperglycemia). Excessive topical neomycin could theoretically lead to ototoxicity or nephrotoxicity if absorbed systemically, though this is rare. Treatment is symptomatic and supportive. Discontinue use if systemic effects occur.

Consult a doctor before use during pregnancy or lactation. Corticosteroids can be absorbed systemically and should be used with caution, especially during early pregnancy. Neomycin absorption is minimal, but risks to the fetus/infant are not fully established. Use only if potential benefit outweighs potential risk.
