For ophthalmic use only. Apply one drop in the conjunctival sac of the affected eye(s) once daily in the evening. If using other ophthalmic products, administer at least 5 minutes apart. Remove contact lenses before use and reinsert 15 minutes after.

Bimatoprost is a selective prostamide F2α receptor agonist. It is believed to lower intraocular pressure (IOP) by increasing the outflow of aqueous humor primarily through the uveoscleral pathway and to a lesser extent, through the trabecular meshwork.

• Hypersensitivity to bimatoprost or any excipient in the formulation.

Store at room temperature (15°C to 25°C), protected from light. Do not freeze.

Overdose is unlikely with ophthalmic administration. If overdose occurs, treatment should be symptomatic and supportive.

Pregnancy Category C. Use only if the potential benefit justifies the potential risk to the fetus. It is unknown whether bimatoprost is excreted in human milk; exercise caution when administered to a nursing mother.
